Everyday checklist:

Empty trash in all bathrooms
Refill all toilet paper
Check all soap dispensers and refill when low
Sweep all bathrooms to remove debris
Spot check all common area carpets for debris
Walk around main entry to all buildings looking for trash
Clean all toilets and fixtures
Check all exterrior trash bins and empty when half full
Do a walk of the space looking for any problems
